Position: Software Developer

I worked with a small team to redesign and develop a full stack service using TypeScript for analyzing client data, resulting in 30% improvement in application performance. I also had the opportunity to collaborate with a team to setup a data migration service where we had to migrate over 1M client data records from their previous CRM to our SAAS. Spearheaded the design and development of an internal tool to increase efficiency when creating client email templates.

I worked directly with clients to solve their technical issues as well as source their needs for future operations and propose solutions to fill those needs. While helping clients deal with their issues, I would translate the technical language into easy-to-understand terms to help clients that weren't familiar with technology.

I worked with a team to develop a generalized membership management CRM. We created design documentation and then proceeded with an agile approach to develop the product within a short time frame.
